The Process
Currently, the Zimmitti Music Group website isn’t offering its maximum potential. While clean and minimal, the website doesn’t provide clarity—it doesn’t show that her work is updated, relevant, and it isn’t optimized to industry standard. The services she offers are not evident, and the journey from visitor to client isn’t clearly paved. Another element the website is missing is her credibility–Gina is well-established in her field of work, and her website could use to show more of her value.
Take away focus: Minimal, tasteful, timeless, polished, chic, elegant.
Let’s say it this way: We’re taking advantage of being one of the first in the industry to have an excellent web presence.
Overall, we will 1) establish a comprehensive elevated look and feel, and 2) bring clarity to the user experience.
Practically, this includes:
+ A refreshed brand (Brand Lt.) and an updated user experience on the website:
+ Establish her expertise and reputation in the industry
+ Shows previous client work
+ Communicates the heart of her and her business
+ Shows where she works (California + Nashville, TN)
+ Creates clear communication on offers with potential clients: 1) Project Coordination 2) Future of concierge services in Nashville
Needs:
Digital Homebase (Website), updated/relevant/optimized branding (maximizing potential), clarity on services, clarity on client journey, credibility, updated user experience, strong digital presence across platforms, fully clear communication.
+ Industry Peer Audit. We’ll do some research. We want to ensure that the way Zimmitti Music Group is positioned clearly communicates their time and expertise in the field, elevates their client’s experience, and establishes their reputation as industry experts. Past the jargon, what we mean to say is “We want to make the Zimmitti Music Group’s online presence an industry standard.” We’ll see what others are doing, and well… we’ll level up. This is where it gets fun.
+ Design & Messaging. We’ll develop a design layout including graphics and use of photography to revamp the website, including the curated messaging, focusing on the UX/UI experience for your audience. What we need from your side will be clearly communicated upfront (content bullet points, photography, fun facts, etc.), and we will provide you all necessary links and files to hand over to us anything we will need to build your website (brand guide, emails, logins, etc.)
+ Gather Assets. At the point of project kick off, we’ve likely received a brain dump of your ideas, including, vision, refreshed style ideas, glimpses of your own inspiration, and everything in between. From here, we will request (and suggest) photography of your work. That way, we can highlight your services well and create a clear and beautiful representation of what work you do.
+ Brand Development. We’ll develop your brand. Style, fonts, colors, logotypes, etc. And we’ll deliver that to you for revisions. After that, we’ll apply that to designing a website layout that you’ll also get to revise too.
+ Squarespace Website. We’ll setup the wireframe on a staging link for the build and edits. This is the link we’ll go back and forth on before launching on the company domain.
+ Contact Forms. We’ll create a line of communication with your audience and you. We’ll provide a place on your contact page to easily get in touch with your team for project inquiries or any questions

Client Page. Your project information will be presented to you through a personalized Client Webpage built into our website, much like this one. This will include brand guidelines and final website. In addition to receiving your links, we will schedule a zoom call or coffee meeting so you can take it all in and digest before sending back your feedback. There will be 2 opportunities to review our work and send your revisions so the final product is perfect.
Your finalized Client Page will be delivered with your website style guide and any other style points that helped aid us in the development of your website. This also remains your client portal page through the duration of any work you do with us in the future. You can also use this page to reference to maintain brand integrity.
Once you’ve given your approval & final sign offs, we’ll make your new website live and work with you to test and make sure everything is working properly before your official launch. Then, we celebrate of course!
The Practicals

PENDING LINK
Credit Card Details. We’ll go about this in the most secure way that feels right to you. There’s no ‘comfy way’ to say “Hey, we need your billing and credit card details,” but the reality of living in the website world is that the chances are high of needing those items. Here’s why…
We’ll set up your Squarespace website using our email and send you ‘Administrator’ access, but in order to do this, we need to setup your recurring Squarespace payment ($23/month (annually paid) or $33/month (monthly paid).
You can put those details right into your running website document, or you can connect with us personally over the phone for a more secure route.

Elevate with neutral, strong, balanced colors with 1 key pop that can be scaled throughout (ie RED, scaled into magenta or cherry) - color pending HER and HER STORY - everything should have meaning

Research music elements to play into the brand - is there a symbol or item super NICHE to music production that could be incorporated, or something like the specific font weight always used in sheet music, etc - creatively dive in DEEP to the WHAT WHY HOW.
– Application: zoomed in imagery with text block or graphic symbols as brand elements for social, advertising, etc.
