The Process
The Problem
–
Currently, Dallas Kitchen + Bath is not operating at its maximum potential. The website is outdated, the photography isn’t clearly representative of the service offered, and the messaging isn’t positioning the company in what the offer is for the user.
The Goal
–
After receiving the newly developed brand from the third-party agency, we’ll use the assets to build a strong web presence that enhances the heart of the business, creates clear communication with potential customers, communicate easy access to the quoting process, and establish rapport with visitors looking for home renovation services.
This Process Includes:
Industry Peer Audit. We’ll research your industry and see what competitors and others in the field are doing. What are the latest trends? What will give us an edge? What is industry standard? How can we excel based on what technology is available to us?
Gather Assets. At the point of project kick off, we’ve likely received your brand guidelines. From here, we will request (and suggest) photography of your work. That way, we can highlight your services well and create a clear and beautiful representation of what work you do.
Design & Messaging. We’ll develop a design layout including graphic elements and photography to revamp your website, including messaging focusing on the UX/UI experience for the potential client. What we need from your side will be clearly communicated upfront and we will provide you all necessary links to pass over to us anything we will need to build your website (photography, brand guide, emails, etc.)
Squarespace Website. We’ll setup the wireframe on a staging link for the build and edits. This is the link we’ll go back and forth on before launching on the original domain.
Contact Forms. We’ll create a line of communication with Dallas KB website to client by using email.
