The Steps
our recipe for a strong website
01. PLAN
Start the conversation by telling us about you, your business, and your dream brand. JB is at the bottom of this page waiting to chat when you’re ready!
We’ll email you our suggestions for your needs. If we think we’ll be the best fit, we’ll send you our calendar to schedule a call so you can learn more and make the best decision for your business.
02. SHAKE (HANDS)
To seal the deal and secure the time on our calendar, we’ll send you our contract agreement to sign and an invoice for a deposit to pay online or by check.
Then we’ll send a customized calendar with all the important dates and details for our project together, and get you set up with everything you need to for your project prep work.
03. STIR (INSPIRATION)
We’ll spend time studying your workbooks and inspiration images and prepare to devote our time and energy to making your brand the best it can be.
The party officially starts with a kick off call including everyone involved in the project. We’ll talk through your prep work, and have a fun and inspiring brainstorm session together!
04. vision
We’ll create a vision board to help us communicate visually to make sure we’re on the same page about what “clean” means. Then we’ll refine until it represents your vision for your brand as this will be our guide as we bring each piece of your brand to life!
05. review and revise
Your new brand identity will be presented to you via PDF + video walk through so you can take it all in and digest before sending back your feedback. There will be two opportunities to review our work and send your revisions so the final product is perfect.
06. celebrate
All of your shiny new brand identity and marketing materials will be sent to you, as well as a Brand Guidelines PDF that you can reference and share with other to make sure your brand stays strong and consistent in use. Then, celebrate of course!
The Investment
time
Prep time: We suggest doubling the time you estimate you’ll need to create/curate images and write/edit text copy for your website.
Cook time: The project itself will take 8 weeks to complete. We will communicate when we’ll need you to be available for meetings and to give us feedback.
money
The total cost of a custom website design including strategy, Squarespace set-up and six custom page designs is $4000 broken up into 2 payments.
