The Problem

Need to raise the bar in the email marketing game, without sacrificing sweet time with family to do it.

 

The Goal
_

Beautiful emails that make the MSM community feel cared for, informed and inspired to bring others in + inspire you to create and send them. Also, let's try to save you some money by making sure you're not being charged multiple times if people are on multiple lists + give you helpful data on community members.

 

The Plan
_

TO-DO'S AND DELIVERABLES

+  Let's chat (IRL meeting or call) about the content of your emails and brainstorm ways to make them even more engaging. 

+  I'll make sure Mailchimp is set up properly by migrating everyone to one list and tagging subscribers so you're not charged multiple times for one person - and you have valuable data to make future decisions.

I'll customize the sign-up process so the look and feel is MSM instead of Mailchimp's standard boring design and text.

+ I'll create custom email templates for your regular emails, as well as automatic emails for welcoming new sign ups and thanking/getting info to new membership purchasers. 

Two revisions are included for each of the three email designs.

 

timeline and fees

Once the initial 50% deposit is paid and we've had our kick-off meeting, I'll have the everything complete and the designs ready for your feedback/revisions in 2 weeks. The final 50% payment is due at the end of our project, before "launch".

+  We'll listen to feedback from real mamas (MSM members and potential members) via a simple and pretty survey.

I'll deliver a report with the insights, and recommendations for marketing the MSM membership going forward!
